CLINICAL SUPERVISOR

Intercare Therapy seeks a Center Based Clinical Supervisor to lead high-quality ABA services for children with autism in our center-based programs. You will oversee clinical programming, supervise and develop behavior technicians, conduct assessments, design and monitor individualized treatment plans, and ensure evidence-based, ethical care. In this mission-driven, collaborative environment, you’ll partner with families, schools, and healthcare providers while receiving ongoing training, mentorship, and growth opportunities within our supportive clinical team.
