Job Summary We are seeking an experienced
Clinical Supervisor (CS) to support a residential homeless program serving Veterans experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, and substance use disorders. This position ensures high-quality clinical oversight, staff supervision, and crisis intervention within the program.Â
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Provide ongoing supervision of case management staff.Â
- Oversee the clinical care needs of Veterans receiving housing and supportive services.Â
- Conduct and/or review: Risk assessmentsÂ
- Psychosocial evaluationsÂ
- Crisis intervention and managementÂ
- Complete incident reports and follow-up actions, in collaboration with the Program Manager when necessary.Â
- Coordinate referrals to Veterans Affairs healthcare services for mental health, substance use, and medical needs.Â
- Meet with the Health Care for Homeless Veterans Liaison at least monthly or as needed.Â
- Coordinate therapeutic groups and supportive programming.Â
- Assist with clinical admissions and expedite referral processes.Â
Qualifications
Licensure (Required)Â Candidate must be licensed in the state of California as one of the following, with a valid, active license maintained throughout employment:Â
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Â
- Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)Â
- Licensed PsychologistÂ
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)Â
Experience - Minimum one (1) year of experience as a Clinical Supervisor in a residential homeless facility Equivalent supervisory experience in a nonresidential homeless environment may be considered.Â
