Gulfstream Staffing is partnered with a nationally recognized nonprofit mental health organization that has locations in five states. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Clinical Supervisor opportunity at an established residential facility near Rochester, MN.
The Clinical Supervisor oversees, leads, and develops staff and manages daily operations within the service area, through effective leadership, communication, organization, and planning. This role is responsible for collaboratively meeting budgeted census projections while providing leadership to the Clinical team.

Location: Rochester, MNClinical Supervisor Responsibilities:- Ensures supervisors and direct staff are properly skilled, trained, and receiving ongoing coaching
- Ensure that the treatment provided remains consistent with current research and technology in the field
- Directs the development and ongoing enhancement of individual treatment plans consistent with treatment philosophies & models
Clinical Supervisor Qualifications:- Master's Degree in a related discipline required
- LICSW, LMFT, LPCC or equivalent level of licensure required
- 3+ years of experience in adolescent, adult, and family-based behavioral counseling and/or residential experience preferred.
- 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred
