What you'll bring:
Passion for Nursing Leadership
3+ Years acute care clinical RN experience
Prior house-wide Nursing Supervision experience; critical care/emergency nursing experience preferred
2-5+ Years leadership/healthcare management experience preferred
Knowledge of hospital and nursing policies and procedures, as well as regulatory agency requirements, and establishment of staffing patterns and schedules.
Candidate must be able to handle stressful situations, and exercise considerable judgement in applying professional knowledge in solving administrative/operational problems.
Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required
Licensure: New York Registered Nurse (RN) License & Registration
Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) & Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
Salary Range
USD $68.96 - USD $68.96 /Hr.
