    Clinical Supervisor - (FSP)


    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide under Director's supervision, administrative oversight in the Wraparound or FSP Department. 
    • Supervise Therapist, Therapy Interns, Case Managers, Administrative Staff, and Parent Partners as assigned. 
    • Provide individual and/or family therapy to Wraparound or FSP clients.
    • Provide group training and Supervision as advised.
    • Oversee compliance with agency policy for supervisees   
    • Provide 24 hour availability and crisis intervention to supervisees as well as clients on an as-needed basis.
    • Interview prospective staff for Wraparound or FSP positions.
    • Work closely with Client Services Quality Assurance Director to ensure documentation requirements are met.
    • Participate in supervisor’s meetings, Wraparound staff meetings, agency-wide meetings, utilization review meetings and in-service training  
    • Comply with applicable professional licensing or certification requirements and ethical standards.


    Qualifications

    • MA, MSW, MFT, LCSW, Psy.D. or Ph.D. in psychology, counseling, social work or related field, valid California clinical license
    • Valid CA Driver License
    •  Minimum three years of experience in community-based social service program, specific to emotionally disturbed children and adults.
    •  Minimum two years administrative experience in designing and implementing treatment programs, knowledge of and skills in areas of individual, group and family therapy 
    • Familiarity with principles of family-centered, strengths-based services.
    • Knowledge of the community.
