The role in one lineLead our next generation of clinicians while keeping your own caseload: supervise provisionally licensed therapists (LSWs and LACs) toward independent licensure, and practice outpatient psychotherapy in a clinic that handles the admin for you.
Why clinicians stay here- $75,000 - $85,000 W2 salaried position.
- Health insurance contribution, plus dental and vision fully paid.
- CEUs fully paid, with professional development support.
- No cold calling, no personal billing management - admin, billing, credentialing, and intake are handled for you.
- A collaborative, multidisciplinary team: clinical colleagues, psychiatric providers, and admin leadership.
- Flexible scheduling, with a hybrid option.
What you'll do Supervise and mentor (about half your week):- Provide weekly individual and/or group clinical supervision to LSWs and LACs.
- Help supervisees build, document, and track their Board-required Plans of Supervision and clinical hours toward LCSW/LPC licensure.
- Review and co-sign clinical documentation in the EMR — intakes, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries.
- Guide supervisees on evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, psychodynamic), risk assessment, crisis intervention, ethical boundaries, and differential diagnosis (DSM-5-TR).
- Run case conferences, chart audits, and clinical training sessions; oversee charting for medical necessity and quality.
- Be the steady hand for crisis intervention and emergencies, and mentor associate clinicians toward independent licensure.
Practice (the other half):- Carry your own outpatient caseload — individual, couples, and/or family psychotherapy.
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial evaluations, establish differential diagnoses, and build collaborative, client-centered treatment plans.
- Work closely with our psychiatric providers and clinical team for seamless continuity of care.
What you bring (must-haves)- Active, unrestricted LCSW or LPC license in New Jersey, held for at least 3 years.
- Supervision credential: for LCSWs, the NJ Clinical Supervision Certificate (20-hour course); for LPCs, the Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) credential.
- Strong working knowledge of DSM-5-TR, evidence-based psychotherapy, and crisis intervention.
- Full-time availability: 40 hours, 5 days a week, including at least two evenings.
