Job Overview – Clinical Supervisor (LCSW)
Compensation: $95,000 – $101,000/year
Location: Brooklyn, NY (In-Office)
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday OR Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

TAG MedStaffing is hiring a Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) in Brooklyn, NY for our client, supporting clinical leadership, therapy services, and program oversight within a residential treatment setting serving adolescents. This role focuses on supervising clinical staff, overseeing individual and group therapy, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and documentation standards. The position offers the opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary team and support high-acuity youth in a structured, therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities as the Clinical Supervisor (LCSW):
  • Clinical Leadership: Oversee therapy services including individual and group treatment while ensuring alignment with clinical standards.
  • Staff Supervision: Manage and support clinical staff through supervision, performance reviews, and ongoing development.
  • Treatment Oversight: Review and approve treatment plans, assessments, and clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Program Management: Support implementation of clinical programming and ensure integration across residential services.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to agency policies, licensing requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Crisis Support: Provide guidance and support during crisis situations and assist with de-escalation efforts.

Qualifications for the Clinical Supervisor (LCSW):
  • Education: Master’s degree in Social Work is required.
  • Licensure: Active LCSW, Psychologist, or Psychiatrist credential is required.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience working with adolescents in a residential or behavioral health setting is required, with 2+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with residential treatment programs, regulatory compliance, and clinical program oversight is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical documentation systems is required.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage high-pressure situations are required.
