    What We Offer:

    Clinical Supervisor II

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

    Department: Robinhood Pediatrics

    Location: Winston-Salem, NC

    Position Summary

    The Clinical Supervisor provides day-to-day clinical leadership and support for the Robinhood Pediatrics team. This role supervises approximately 15 clinical team members, supports team member time and attendance needs, assists on the clinical floor as needed, and helps maintain efficient daily clinic operations.

    What We're Looking For:
    • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. 
    • Experience: Two years of nursing experience, required. Two years of supervisory experience, preferred. 
    • Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. 
    • Additional Skills (required): Excellent human relation skills, possess effective oral and written communication skills, possess leadership and problem solving skills, operate personal computer. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education and training.
    What You'll Do:
    • Supervise and support approximately 15 clinical team members.
    • Monitor and assist with team member timekeeping, attendance, and scheduling needs.
    • Provide clinical guidance, leadership, and day-to-day oversight.
    • Assist on the clinical floor as needed to support patient care and team workflow.
    • Help ensure smooth and efficient daily clinic operations.
    • Cross-cover administrative responsibilities as needed.
    • Support the team in maintaining high standards of patient care, safety, and service.
