    What We Offer

    Novant Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor II to join our Endocrinology team. In partnership with the Clinic Administrator, the Clinical Supervisor II provides operational and clinical leadership to ensure the successful implementation of Novant Health Medical Group goals, quality initiatives, and patient care standards. This leader fosters a collaborative, patient-centered environment that supports exceptional clinical outcomes, team engagement, and operational excellence while supervising a team of 10-19 full-time equivalent (FTE) clinical staff.

    The Clinical Supervisor II oversees the day-to-day clinical operations of the endocrinology practice, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, evidence-based care for patients with endocrine and metabolic conditions. Responsibilities include coordinating clinical workflows, optimizing staffing and resource utilization, supporting quality and patient safety initiatives, monitoring regulatory compliance, and partnering with providers to enhance access, continuity of care, and the overall patient experience.

    What We're Looking For

    • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.

    • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.

    • Experience: Two years of nursing experience, required

    • Two years of supervisory experience, preferred.

    • Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.

    • Additional Skills (required): Excellent human relation skills, possess effective oral and written communication skills, possess leadership and problem solving skills, operate personal computer. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education and training.
