About the Role:

Our office is locally owned and operated, and we’re on a mission to make therapy accessible, authentic, and stigma-free. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our growing team in Glens Falls, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a team of dedicated mental health professionals while making a meaningful impact in the community. Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision and oversight to therapists, counselors, and other mental health staff
  • Conduct individual supervision sessions to support clinician development and case management
  • Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards across all client care
  • Review and co-sign clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes as required
  • Support staff recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional development initiatives
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership to maintain quality assurance and improve clinical outcomes
  • Serve as a clinical resource for complex or high-risk cases, providing guidance and crisis support
  • Maintain a reduced caseload and responsibilities associated with this
Requirements:
  • Active, unrestricted licensure in New York State (LCSW, LMHC-D, or LMFT-D)
  • Will accept applicants that are on the path to gaining Diagnostic Privilege
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and best practices
  • Excellent communication, mentorship, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation standards
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-centered environment
