How you will make a difference:
The Clinical Supervisor has the primary responsibility for hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating staff who provide services to adults with a variety of social, emotional, and support needs. Provides ongoing guidance and clinical supervision to ensure quality services and compliance with program and licensing requirements. Supports staff through participation in client meetings, therapy sessions, and crisis intervention as needed. Maintains a clinical caseload, providing individual, family, and group therapy services when appropriate. Ensures timely and accurate documentation, reviews clinical records for quality and compliance, and oversees completion of required reports and treatment documentation.
