Autism Spectrum Connection (ASC)
Base Salary: $95,000–$100,000 | Annual Compensation Potential: $101,000–$106,000 | $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
At Autism Spectrum Connection (ASC), we believe exceptional clinical care starts with a supported clinical team. Since April 2022, we have been providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Orange County and the Inland Empire. We have an established center in Ontario, California, and have recently expanded into the High Desert.
We're looking for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Orange County team as a Clinical Supervisor. As we continue to grow, we remain committed to maintaining manageable caseloads, supporting our clinical team, and prioritizing quality of care over simply maximizing billable hours.
If you're looking for an organization that values your clinical judgment, listens to employee feedback, and recognizes the importance of work-life balance, we'd welcome the opportunity to connect.
Competitive base salary: $95,000–$100,000 annually.
$5,000 sign-on bonus: Paid after 90 days of employment.
Annual compensation potential of $101,000–$106,000: Includes base salary and the opportunity to earn up to $6,000 in annual productivity incentives, assuming all 12 months qualify.
Manageable caseloads: Typically 12–15 clients per Clinical Supervisor, allowing you to focus on individualized treatment and meaningful clinical outcomes.
Balanced billable expectations: An average target of 22 billable hours per week over the course of each month.
Quarterly incentive payments: Earn a $500 monthly incentive for each month in which you achieve an average of at least 22 billable hours per week. Incentives are paid quarterly.
Clinical quality comes first: We prioritize ethical decision-making, effective treatment, and client progress rather than simply maximizing productivity.
Work-life balance: We strive to maintain sustainable workloads and recognize the importance of time outside of work.
A voice in the organization: We value employee feedback and encourage team members to share ideas and help shape how ASC operates.
Health insurance benefits: 50% employer-paid contribution toward health insurance premiums.
Time off from day one: We believe taking time to recharge is essential to a healthy and effective team.
Professional growth: Opportunities for mentorship, collaboration, leadership development, and advancement from within.
A supportive clinical environment: Collaborate with ABA professionals who value teamwork, professional development, and quality care.
An inclusive culture: We strive to create an environment where team members feel respected, supported, and comfortable bringing their authentic selves to work.
