Clinical Supervisor - Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA, LBA

Ro Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Clinical Supervisor for our Massachusetts Behavioral Services division.
This leadership role extends beyond traditional BCBA delivery responsibilities and serves as a key clinical and operational resource for providers, clients, and internal teams. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for promoting high-quality, ethical ABA services across the branch through clinical guidance, mentorship, professional development, problem-solving support, and oversight of service delivery.

Clinical Supervisors may also have the opportunity to combine their clinical supervisor responsibilities with a district support role, providing direct BCBA support within a school district based on the district’s specific needs.
