The Clinical Supervisor provides day-to-day operational and clinical oversight for the Behavioral Health Therapy team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This role blends clinical leadership with administrative and operational responsibilities, with a strong focus on staff development, quality improvement, and effective team functioning.

Education Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Recreational Therapy, Child Life or Audiology program.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Licensed to provide care in a rehabilitation-related field in the state of North Carolina.
Professional Experience Requirements:
Five (5) years of clinical experience.
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
Understands and applies principles, procedures, requirements, regulations, and policies related to specialized expertise.
