A leading organization in New York City is currently seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join their team as a Clinical Supervisor. This full-time position requires leadership, supervision, and guidance to Behavioral Analysts to ensure best practices in Positive Behavioral Supports are followed.
About the Opportunity:
Schedule: Flexible Days
Hours: 7am to 3pm or8am to 4pm or9am to 5pm
Setting: Group Homes, Apartment Buildings
Responsibilities:
Developing and revising policies and standards for use within residences
Providing administrative and clinical supervision to BIS staff
Liaising between Behavioral Services and clinical departments
Ensuring proper documentation and OPWDD Survey standards are met
Implementing in-service training for all agency staff
Qualifications:
2+ years of supervisory experience
Master's degree in Psychology
Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification
Experience in developing support plans
Proficiency in documentation standards
Strong leadership and communication skills
Adaptability and problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented and organized
Desired Skills:
3+ years of experience in Developmental Disabilities
Leadership and/or administrative experience
Knowledge of Positive Behavioral Supports
Strong analytical skills
Proactive and collaborative team player
