Overview:
  • Hybrid Work Setting
  • Austin, Texas
  • Monday-Friday




Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor nurses providing care in school or community-based settings.
  • Create and monitor individualized care plans for students or clients.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, documentation, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with school personnel, families, and Ro Health field staff.
  • Provide clinical guidance, field supervision, and performance feedback.
  • Facilitate health education, preventative care, and medical referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality assurance efforts.
  • Serve as a key liaison between Ro Health, client partners, and families.

Qualifications:
  • Active RN License (Required).
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
  • School-based or community health experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable providing mentorship and clinical oversight.
  • Ability to travel within the Austin area for onsite support.

Preferred Skills (Not Required):
  • Medication administration in school settings.
  • G-tube care and feeding.
  • Catheterization experience.
  • Tracheostomy care.
  • Behavioral health or special education support.
  • Experience with seizure disorders or diabetes management.
