Department: Pharmacy

Schedule: Day Shift | Full-time

How you'll make an impact in this role:

• Establish specialty clinical practices to manage complex conditions and optimize patient pharmacotherapy.
• Collaborate with medication access technicians to streamline the patient treatment journey.
• Provide clinical expertise and education to healthcare providers to ensure high-quality care.
• Facilitate academic and clinical training by supporting pharmacy student and residency programs.
• Track clinical outcomes and metrics to drive continuous service improvement.

 

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Pharmacist credentialed from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy required.

Education:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.

What additional requirements you'll need:

PGY1 and PGY2 Residency trained

Board Certification
