Summary of Job Responsibilities:
The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Clinical Specialist is responsible for managing clinical issues in quality, safety, reliability, improvement, and excellence in their clinical discipline and/or programs. The Clinical Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day performance and management of Dental RN Case Managers supporting Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Pediatric Dental, and the Cleft Lip & Palate program. The clinical specialist may provide and/or direct the delivery of customer-owner care and complex care coordination in the Dental Division and programs supervised.
Qualifications:
SCF programs are established to serve a primary population comprised of Alaska Native people who are affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCF’s geographical service area. Employees should have a thorough understanding of the cultures and the needs of this population.
