Make a Difference in Behavioral Health
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Clinician to join our outpatient behavioral health team. This position provides evidence-based mental health and substance use treatment services to individuals, families, and groups while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs

  • Provide individual, family, marital, and group therapy

  • Deliver trauma-informed and evidence-based behavioral health interventions

  • Perform crisis intervention and safety planning

  • Coordinate care with healthcare providers and community resources

  • Provide patient and family education regarding mental health and recovery

  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record documentation

  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case consultations

  • Support patients in achieving treatment goals and improved quality of life
Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field

  • Active or eligible licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent preferred

  • Experience in behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning

  • Strong communication, crisis intervention, and clinical documentation skills

  • Ability to work with diverse patient populations across the lifespan

  • BLS certification or ability to obtain within required timeframe
Preferred Experience

  • Outpatient behavioral health counseling

  • Substance use disorder treatment

  • Trauma-informed care

  • Motivational interviewing

  • Crisis intervention and risk assessment

  • Care coordination and case management
