The Clinical Social Worker Facilitates care of patients and families by providing them with a comprehensive continuous plan of care.
Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Masters degree in social work from an institution accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
Current Florida professional licensure as a social worker.
Three to five years recent clinical experience (applicable to designated population preferred).
LCSW Required.
Motor Vehicle Operator Designation: Employees in this position: Will operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose
Licensure/Certification/Registration: LCSW required.
