Clinical Social Work Intern (CSW-I)

What You'll DoAs a Clinical Social Work Intern, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and diagnostic assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide outpatient therapy to adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with supervisors and fellow clinicians regarding client care.
- Participate in weekly supervision and case consultation.
- Continue expanding your knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches and best practices.
QualificationsWe're looking for candidates who have:
- Completed a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree.
- Eligibility to register as a Clinical Social Worker Intern (CSW-I) in Nevada.
- A passion for providing ethical, client-centered mental health care.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working with adolescents and/or adults is preferred but not required.
Schedule
- Part-time position.
- Approximately 10–15 client sessions per week.
- Typically three or four 5-hour shifts per week (approximately 15 - 20 hours).
- This is an in-person position based in our Henderson, NV office.
Compensation
- $45–$60 per clinical hour, depending on experience.
- Compensation for approved non-clinical responsibilities.
- Consistent supervision and mentorship included.
