    Description

    Duration: 12 months
    Job Description:
    • This is a remote position for Clinical Services Project Manager I at a Clint's/hr pay rate.
    • Manages low- to medium-complexity clinical and lab services projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with pharma services plans.
    • Acts as the primary point of contact for Pharma and client clients.
    Responsibilities:
    • Project Management: Oversee multiple clinical testing and lab services projects, establishing timelines, tracking cross-functional activities, and identifying potential bottlenecks.
    • Client & External Relations: Serve as the primary single point of contact for Pharma customers, CROs, and site investigators.
    • Sample & Data Oversight: Guide day-to-day sample process flow, ensure accurate result reporting, and track/communicate project reports and clinical study data.
    • Administrative & Collaboration: Manage meeting agendas, minutes, and foster continuous improvement within the clinical sciences team.
    Experience:
    • 2 years of project and/or clinical trial management experience in a regulated, CRO, diagnostic, or pharmaceutical environment.
    • Experience with rapid milestone achievement and bio-sample management is preferred.
    Skillsets:
    • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Familiarity with clinical trials, quality/regulatory processes, and sample process flow.
    • Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel, email) and ability to work effectively under time pressure.
    • Experience with Agile methodologies preferred.
    Education:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (or equivalent experience). Master's degree and Project Management/Clinical Research certifications are preferred.
