The Clinical Services Manager will oversee the provision of all Agency Early Intervention and Related Services offered to children in Oneida and Lewis counties. This includes, but is not limited to, hiring and supervision of clinical Early Intervention and Related Services staff, analyzing and evaluating reports concerning clinical information and making accurate decisions, preparing informal written and oral data for clinical use, working efficiently with professional colleagues and other professional groups, and understanding systems and working with a variety of regulatory agencies and programs. The Clinical Services Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the clinicians in the Early Intervention and Related Services programs. Responsibilities include oversight and continuous improvement in clinical quality, fiscal performance, productivity, staff development and retention, marketing and outside relationship management, and program development. Will demonstrate professional conduct to include compassion, dignity, and respect when interacting with other staff, family and individuals.
