The Clinical Services Manager coordinates the various disciplines and leads the delivery of all aspects of the clinical services. They are responsible for the overall management of assigned treatment programs, including assessing staff performance, scheduling, performance improvement, clinical supervision, and treatment planning. The Clinical Services Manager performs activities in the continuity of care for patients, so they may achieve or regain, and then maintain, maximum physical, emotional and/or social functions.

Education/Training Requirements:
Master's degree in social services.
A minimum of two (2) years' experience in a supervisory/management role is strongly preferred.
Clinical experience in mental health or addiction services is required. American Heart Association CPR certification within thirty (30) days of hire. Bi-annual re-certification is required.
Training in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) within sixty (60) days of hire/transfer. Annual re-certification is required.
