Clinical Resource Nurse (RN)

Pay Range: $44 - $48/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient callback queues related to laboratory results.
• Make outbound calls to communicate lab results and provider messages.
• Clarify information and instructions provided by clinicians.
• Receive patient questions and relay them to the appropriate provider.
• Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
• Work through callback backlogs and maintain timely follow-up.
• Document communications accurately according to organizational procedures.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow applicable policies.
• Support efficient workflow within centralized clinical services.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Active Georgia RN License – Required
• AHA BLS Certification – Required
• Previous travel experience required.
• Strong telephone communication and patient-service skills.
• Ability to manage callback queues and follow-up tasks efficiently.
• Comfortable working in a centralized, non-bedside clinical role.
