- Collaborate with supply chain professionals to align product decisions with contracts, group purchasing organization (GPO) strategies, and vendor relationships.
- Leverage advanced analytical skills to interpret utilization data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations to executive leadership, physicians, nursing leaders, finance teams, and supply chain stakeholders.
- Support consensus supply utilization efforts across critical care, post-operative, and other clinical areas to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Essential Skills

- Demonstrated facilitation skills to lead committees, drive consensus, and manage complex discussions involving clinical and financial considerations.
- Robust project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting on value analysis and standardization initiatives.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret clinical and financial data, assess product performance, and support evidence-based recommendations.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to clinical and non-clinical audiences.
- Expert understanding of value analysis methodologies and clinical practice variation management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred, ideally in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CVAHP (Certified Value Analysis Healthcare Professional), CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room), or CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) strongly preferred.
- Pediatric healthcare experience preferred, with familiarity in pediatric clinical practice and product requirements.
- Experience working within a complex health system or hospital environment on supply chain, utilization management, or value analysis initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-wide projects and change management efforts related to product utilization and standardization.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders across clinical, operational, and administrative functions.
- High level of professional judgment, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail in evaluating clinical and financial impacts.
