They are expanding their work in mental health AI safety and are looking for a Clinical Research Scientist to help define how AI systems should be evaluated in clinically sensitive settings.

What We're Looking For

  • PhD, PsyD, or MD in Clinical Psychology, Behavioral Science, Psychiatry, or related field
  • 1+ year of clinical mental health research experience
  • Strong peer-reviewed publication record
  • Experience designing and leading empirical research, including study design, analysis, and scientific writing
  • Strong background in quantitative and/or psychometric methods
  • Experience with digital mental health, AI, or LLMs is highly preferred
  • Experience with IRB processes, R/SPSS/Python, or AI evaluation is a plus
  • Experience with adolescent/youth mental health is a strong plus
