Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator to manage patients participating in clinical trials. The candidate will coordinate patient enrollment, clinical trial visits, blood draws, and follow-up appointments while working closely with physicians and research teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage multiple clinical research studies.
- Recruit, screen, and enroll patients in clinical trials.
- Schedule patient visits and follow-up appointments.
- Coordinate patient care throughout the clinical trial process.
- Perform blood draws as required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical trial documentation.
- Use Epic to update and manage patient information.
- Communicate with physicians, investigators, sponsors, and patients.
- Ensure clinical trials follow study protocols and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Clinical Research experience.
- Must have hands-on, patient-facing clinical trial experience.
- Experience managing patients, coordinating study visits, and patient follow-ups.
- Epic experience is mandatory.
- Must have blood draw qualifications.
- Candidate must be a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant (MA), LVN, or RN.
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- CCRC certification (ACRP) preferred.
- Neurological clinical trial experience is a plus.
- Spanish or Korean language skills are a plus.
