Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Department of Medicine is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and implementation of clinical research studies across the full study lifecycle, from start-up and participant enrollment through study closeout. The Clinical Research Coordinator will work closely with Principal Investigators (PIs), research staff, sponsors, and institutional partners to ensure the efficient and compliant conduct of research activities. Responsibilities include coordinating study operations, maintaining regulatory and study documentation, monitoring study progress and timelines, facilitating communication among key stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to study protocols, institutional policies, FDA regulations, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills, the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities, and a commitment to advancing high-quality clinical research in a collaborative academic environment.
Hourly range: $38.19-$61.45
