At ICON Strategic Solutions, we're continually growing our network of talented Clinical Research Associates across North America. As we expand our partnerships with leading global sponsors, we are seeking experienced CRA II and Senior CRA professionals interested in sponsor-dedicated opportunities.
About the Opportunity
As a Clinical Research Associate within our sponsor-dedicated environment, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of clinical trials, helping bring innovative therapies to patients worldwide.
Depending on your experience level, you may:
- Conduct site qualification, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits
- Ensure protocol compliance, patient safety, data quality, and regulatory adherence
- Build strong relationships with investigative sites and key stakeholders
- Identify and proactively resolve site and study issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful study delivery
- Support inspection readiness and high-quality study execution
- Mentor and guide less experienced CRAs (Senior CRA level)
What We're Looking For
CRA II
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field
- Clinical monitoring experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial regulations, and monitoring practices
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
Senior CRA
- Significant clinical monitoring experience across multiple studies and sites
- Advanced knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and site management
- Proven ability to manage priorities and drive study quality independently
- Experience mentoring or supporting other CRAs is advantageous
