Clinical Research Assistant (Hybrid)

Responsibilities: of the Clinical Research Assistant: · Assist with the day-to-day coordination and administration of clinical research studies. · Screen, recruit, and schedule study participants according to protocol requirements. · Obtain and review participant medical histories and study-related documentation. · Collect, process, and accurately enter clinical data into electronic data capture (EDC) systems. · Maintain study files, regulatory binders, and essential research documents. · Assist with informed consent processes and participant education under supervision. · Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ICH-GCP guidelines, HIPAA requirements, and institutional policies. Qualifications: of the Clinical Research Assistant · 0-2 years of experience in clinical research, healthcare, laboratory, or patient-facing environments · Previous experience supporting clinical trials or research studies. · Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), HIPAA, and FDA regulations. · Experience with EDC systems such as Medidata Rave, REDCap, Veeva, or Oracle Clinical. · Experience in academic medical centers, CROs, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical environments. · Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced research setting. · Experience working with confidential patient information. · Bachelor's degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Public Health, Psychology, Nursing, or a related field preferred.
