Clinical Quality Improvement Coordinator

Position Introduction:

This position supports performance improvement initiatives through medical record and site reviews, data collection and analysis, and coordination of surveys and accreditation efforts. Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or other Allied Health program.
• 24 months clinical health care experience in any of the following: direct patient care, medical record and clinic/site reviews, patient complaint investigator, clinical guidelines, and quality of care/risk management/patient safety issues.
