    Pay Range: Targeted salary up to $60,500 based on experience and education.

    Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (may include some weekends)

    Travel: Required

    Play a vital role in advancing quality, safety, and continuous improvement in patient care. This position supports performance improvement initiatives through medical record and site reviews, data collection and analysis, and coordination of surveys and accreditation efforts. Working closely with clinical staff and leadership, this role helps identify opportunities, resolve concerns, and implement strategies that enhance outcomes and support a culture of excellence in care delivery.

    Required Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or other Allied Health program.
    • 24 months clinical health care experience in any of the following: direct patient care, medical record and clinic/site reviews, patient complaint investigator, clinical guidelines, and quality of care/risk management/patient safety issues.
