    Job Description

    The Clinical Psychologist Training Supervisor provides an advanced level of clinical mental health services in both individual and group settings within BH Training Department. Primary duties include supervision of trainees, crisis intervention, assessment and diagnosis, short-term stabilization, psychotherapy, psychological testing, evaluations, and consultations. Clinical supervision, educational presentations about clinical topics, and research activities may also be provided. Services are based on sound theoretical principles, with knowledge of the special issues and needs of the population served. The incumbent develops strategies for the services provided to meet the multifaceted needs of a diverse population, with attention to the policies and procedures of the organization's BH division, and is expected to interface with internal and external service providers.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology

    • Licensed (or license-eligible) as a Psychologist in Missouri

    • Strong understanding of psychological diagnoses and therapies

    • Skilled communicator and team player

    • Organized, adaptable, and committed to high standards of care

    • Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a supportive team environment
