In this role, you will provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges. You will conduct assessments, establish diagnoses, develop individualized treatment plans, facilitate individual and group therapy services, provide crisis intervention when needed, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support positive client outcomes. This position combines clinical expertise, relationship-building, and evidence-based treatment approaches to help individuals improve their overall well-being and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities: · Provide individual, family, group, and specialty counseling services using evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help clients achieve treatment goals
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications: · Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
Additional Qualifications: · Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance required
Physical Requirements · Perform sedentary work involving exertion of up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and negligible force frequently to move or handle objects
