FocusKPI is seeking a
Clinical Project Coordinator to join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company.
Work Location:Mountain View, CA (Onsite role, 5 days/week)
Duration: 6-month contract with potential to extend depending on your performance
Pay Range:$30+/hr
Responsibilities:- Manage clinical data collection, analysis, and study documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GCP (Good Clinical Practice), FDA, and HIPAA requirements.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams on studies utilizing wearable health metrics.
- Support Clinical Research Organizations (CROs), track project timelines, and manage external vendor relationships and study budgets.
- Operate and maintain physiological data collection equipment, establishing best practices for junior staff and technicians.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in a related field.
- 3+ years of industry clinical research or data analysis experience (pharma or medical devices).
- Prior hands-on experience in clinical research coordination, trial operations, or managing biomedical/digital health projects.
- Familiarity with digital health technologies, wearable sensors, medical terminology, and regulatory guidelines (such as GCP or FDA standards).
- Strong cross-functional communication, vendor management, documentation tracking, and proficiency in modern productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with statistical software and clinical trial safety monitoring.
