    • Location: Milwaukee, WI

    • Department: Clinical Programs
    • Schedule: Full-time | Day shift

    How you'll make an impact in this role

    • Clinical Standards & Program Leadership: Oversee nursing programs, advise staff, and direct patient care aligned with clinical policies and procedures.
    • Care Plan & Therapy Management: Develop, document, and manage implementation of comprehensive therapy and care plans.
    • Staff Supervision & Resource Coordination: Supervise nursing staff and secure required medical equipment and operational resources.
    • Documentation & Compliance: Coordinate, assemble, and maintain all necessary medical and operational records as mandated.

    What minimum requirements you'll need

    Licensure/Certification/Registration:

    • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

    • One or more of the following required:

    • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State. Licensure is dependent on state associate works in.

    • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensure is dependent on state associate works in.

    • Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

    Education:

    • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.

    Additional Preferences:

    • 3 years of clinical experience as a RN
    • BSN preferred
