How you'll make an impact in this role
Lead daily clinical operations and resource allocation to ensure seamless patient flow and high-quality care across the department.
Optimize team schedules and professional development to maintain optimal staffing levels while empowering nurses and staff to grow.
Resolve patient care and operational bottlenecks proactively, directly improving patient satisfaction and care delivery outcomes.
Drive quality improvement initiatives by tracking clinical performance metrics and implementing evidence-based practices that elevate safety standards.
Serve as the primary clinical expert for staff and external partners, ensuring complete regulatory compliance while maintaining an supportive, patient-centered care environment.
What minimum requirements you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Education:
degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific
experience required.
