    Description

    Clinical Program Manager RN at Providence Health Plaza in Portland, Oregon. This is a Full-Time (1.0 FTE), Day Shift position.

    The Clinical Program Manager RN implements regional surgery and orthopedic strategies in service lines across all Oregon ministries to ensure quality outcomes and experience, support and lead interdisciplinary care teams, and engages physicians in growth and development of efficient, effective and value-added surgical services within a variety of care environments.

    Drives orthopedic and surgery service line performance, collaborates across the care continuum to optimize value-based care outcomes, implements new care delivery models, and develops patient, caregiver, and community outreach. Provides oversight for program initiatives, analyzes and delivers performance data results and leads teams to action with identified opportunities for clinical improvement. Actively participates in and leads clinical and leadership teams and meetings. Assists in advancing the program strategy and mission.

    Required qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
    • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
    • Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information upon request.
    • 6 years of experience practicing in acute, outpatient or other medical care environment in Orthopedics.
    • 3 years of experience in a supervisory role or equivalent years of experience/education in management, finance, and/or other administrative functions.
    • Experience and skill in conflict resolution.
    • History of working independently, with minimal supervision.
    • Experience working with physician practice operations and surgeons.
    • Experience working as part of an interdisciplinary care team.
    • Experience as a project team leader.
    • Experience with strategy development and execution.

The successful candidate''s placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
