Program DirectorProgram Overview:
Supportive Visitation Services are designed to preserve and strengthen the parent-child relationship while promoting positive family interactions. The program facilitates regular visitation between children in out-of-home placements and their parents, relatives, and siblings. Through structured and supportive services, the program aims to foster effective communication, strengthen parenting skills, support permanency planning, and promote successful family reunification.
The Clinical Program Director is responsible for providing administrative management and leadership, including program development and the regular supervision of staff; the accuracy, appropriateness and compliance of documentation including Medicaid billing, and the resources and program components necessary for effective services and adherence to the SVS program model. The position requires strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with other SVS program leadership and build collaborative relationships with system partners.
The Clinical Program Director serves as a leader in the organization and provides important input and guidance on programmatic development and healthy operations (budgets, hiring, reporting, CQI, etc.).
Supportive Visitation Services utilizes an evidence-based parenting model and a visit coaching model to help achieve program goals.

Department/Program
Supportive Visitation Services (SVS)ACENDA is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business that provides advanced concepts, doctrine, networking integration, analysis, editorial services and exercise/experiment support to agencies and the Department of Defense.
ACENDA has over forty years of active-duty Navy/Joint/Coalition experience with an additional 40 years as a DOD contractor working with the Navy Warfare Development Command and the Naval Undersea Warfare Center. ACENDA has demonstrated expertise in Experimentation, Exercises, CONOPS, Concepts, Doctrine, Operations, Communications, Joint/Coalition Senior Staff, Logistics, Health Services Support, Mine Warfare, Management and Administration. ACENDA possesses security clearances up to and including TS/SCI.
CONSULTING EXPERIENCE
2002-Current: Exercise/Experiment Director and Deputy Director for events including Limited Objective and Limited Technical Experiments, workshops, seminars, large Command Post Exercises and Field Exercise/Experiments. These events include Concept Development, Doctrine Development and Analysis. Participants: Navy/Maritime Military, Joint Military, Coalition Nations, and Civil Agencies. Primary focus areas have been Command and Control, Ballistic Missile Defense, Integrated Air and Missile Defense, Strike Warfare, Unmanned air, undersea and surface vehicles, Distributed Netted Systems, Anti-Submarine Warfare, Large Area/Global Concept of Operations, Maritime Domain Awareness, Global Maritime Awareness, Red Team, Health Services Support, Mine Warfare, Joint/Navy Command Organization and Relationships, and the technologies, systems and processes involved with the above.
