Position Highlights
- Lead enterprise clinical practice governance and standardization across multiple clinic locations
- Guide clinical process improvement, root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and sustained performance improvement
- Oversee emergency preparedness, environmental event response, recall management, and clinical risk processes
- Manage medical equipment governance, biomedical inspection compliance, preventive maintenance, and vendor coordination
- Lead Digital Data Logger monitoring, temperature excursion management, calibration oversight, and compliance reporting
- Build dashboards and executive reporting that strengthen regulatory readiness and patient safety
- Hybrid work environment with travel up to 25 percent across Florida clinic locations
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Active unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse license
- Five or more years of healthcare experience
- Three or more years of experience in quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, auditing, accreditation, clinical operations, or performance improvement
- CPHQ preferred at hire and required within 24 months
