Clinical Practice Manager

In this leadership role, you'll oversee daily clinic operations, support high-performing teams, and help create an exceptional experience for both patients and providers.

What You'll Do

Lead the day-to-day operations of one or more clinics, ensuring efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and outstanding patient service. You'll partner with providers, clinic staff, and corporate teams to deliver quality care while supporting business performance and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop clinic support staff, including hiring, scheduling, performance management, PTO approvals, and employee development
• Foster a patient-centered culture that promotes excellent service and quality care
• Oversee clinic operations, patient flow, charting accuracy, and billing processes
• Ensure compliance with Rural Health Clinic requirements and applicable healthcare regulations
• Maintain clinic facilities, equipment, supplies, medications, and laboratory resources
• Support new hire onboarding, training completion, and ongoing staff development
• Partner with billing and insurance teams to resolve account issues and support timely reimbursement
• Manage payroll submissions, expense reporting, deposits, petty cash, and related administrative functions
• Respond to patient concerns and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues effectively
• Serve as a liaison among clinics, hospitals, corporate departments, and insurance partners
• Review operational metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

• You Bring
• 3+ years of experience in a medical practice management, healthcare administration, or clinical office setting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred
• Associate degree in Medical Office Administration, Business, Management, or a related discipline is a plus
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, medical billing, and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business systems
• Ability to travel locally between clinic locations as needed
