Job Description
The Clinical Placement & Academic Scheduling Coordinator performs, coordinates, and oversees clinical partnership documentation and academic scheduling operations for the College of Nursing at both the Radford and Roanoke locations under the supervision of the Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Nursing.
This position serves as the primary liaison between the College of Nursing and affiliated clinical partners, ensuring accurate documentation, timely scheduling coordination, and compliance with university and clinical agency requirements. The role provides operational oversight of NPIP letter processing, clinical scheduling logistics, course scheduling entry, and coordination of classroom and cross-listing requests to support undergraduate nursing programs.
