Clinical - Pharmacy Technician. This is a

Pay Range: $18 - $21/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Review and process formulary change requests from health plans.
- Maintain formulary status grids and perform audits for accuracy.
- Handle inquiries regarding pharmacy benefits and prior authorization requests.
- Assist in the resolution of pharmacy audit discrepancies.
- Collaborate with clinical pharmacists on formulary database maintenance.
- Process member claims and educate members on their pharmacy benefits.
- Document and manage prior authorizations and appeals efficiently.
- Participate in compliance audits and support operational issue resolution.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- High School diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
- Customer service or retail experience preferred.
- Valid Pharmacy Technician License preferred.
- Experience with Medicare Part D operations.
- Familiarity with pharmacy claims processing systems.
