    Position Summary

    The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist provides comprehensive medication therapy management, verifies provider orders, ensures accurate dispensing, and serves as a drug information resource for patients and staff. The pharmacist works closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize therapeutic outcomes and uphold patient safety standards.

     

    Qualifications

    • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited College of Pharmacy

    • Registered Pharmacist & Controlled Substance licensure – State of Michigan

    • PharmD + PGY1 residency preferred
