    Career Land Center is currently recruiting for an experienced Clinical Pharmacy Operations Manager on behalf of a healthcare client.

    This leadership opportunity is ideal for a pharmacy professional with a strong background in inpatient pharmacy operations, medication safety, regulatory compliance, and team leadership. The successful candidate will oversee pharmacy operations, promote quality improvement initiatives, and ensure the delivery of safe and effective pharmaceutical services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the daily operations of the pharmacy department to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery.
    • Develop and implement medication safety initiatives and continuous quality improvement programs.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices for sterile and non-sterile compounding.
    • Oversee medication distribution systems, inventory management, and operational workflows.
    • Supervise, mentor, and support pharmacy technicians and pharmacy staff to promote a high-performing team environment.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize medication management and patient care.
    • Monitor departmental performance, identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement operational best practices.

    Qualifications

    • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
    • Completion of a PGY1 or PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration Residency.
    • Current pharmacist licensure or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years of recent inpatient pharmacy experience with progressive leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of medication safety programs, sterile compounding standards, and pharmacy operations.
    • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

    Position Details

    • Employment Type: Full-time
    • Schedule: Day Shift
    • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (No Weekends)
