The Manager, Clinical Pharmacy, at Hood River Memorial Hospital in Hood River, Oregon, is responsible and accountable for planning, developing, implementing, coordinating, and managing high-quality pharmaceutical care services.
This role focuses on ensuring pharmaceutical services for patients, clients, and staff are delivered in accordance with the highest professional standards. The successful candidate will bring a strong pharmacy background, sound clinical judgment, and a commitment to patient-focused care.
Previous management experience and a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree are preferred.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college of Pharmacy.
- Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire.
- At least 2 years of pharmacy experience in the applicable area.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care in a hospital environment.
- Ability to perform pharmacy responsibilities in accordance with professional standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
- At least 1 year of management experience.
- Experience coordinating or managing pharmacy services.
- Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
