    Job Description

    What you will be doing:

    • Plan, develop, implement, coordinate, and manage the highest quality of pharmaceutical care services for patients, clients, and staff.
    • Ensure services are delivered under the highest professional standards.
    • Be responsible and accountable for pharmaceutical care planning and management within the hospital.

    Experience you will need:

    • 2 years of pharmacy experience in an applicable area.
    • 1 year of management experience (preferred).
    • PharmD in Pharmacy (preferred).
