Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist for their Tallahassee, FL/Remote location. Requirements: At least 4 years of experience as clinical MTM pharmacist.

Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist for their Tallahassee, FL/Remote location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Conducting outbound phone calls. (100 calls per day)
• Completing comprehensive medication reviews.
• Conducting medication therapy management services.
• Accuracy and speed in entry of patient-specific prescription information, diagnosis information, and recommendations into a third-party, web-based application

 
Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as clinical MTM pharmacist. (Management experience preferred)
• Familiar with driving Part D Star measures. Specifically, SUPD, SPC, and CMR.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical and medical vocabulary
• Clinical experience in medication review.
• Essential Skills/Experience:
• Fluently speak, read, and write English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using salesforce preferred
• Must be tech savvy
• Essential Characteristics:
• Self-directed and organized
• Discrete/ability to maintain confidentiality
• Detail-oriented
• Sense of urgency
