Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends or holiday shifts)

Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000 / year (Commensurate with experience) + Annual Manager Bonus

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, patient-focused Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing specialized pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate compound preparation, managing patient care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical acumen and specialized experience in Home Infusion or Specialty Pharmacy environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and interpret complex prescription orders for specialized therapies and parenteral nutrition.

• Monitor clinical outcomes, lab values, and pharmacokinetics to design and adjust individualized treatment plans.

• Direct cleanroom/sterile compounding workflows, adhering strictly to USP <797> and USP <800> standards where applicable.

• Serve as a clinical resource for physicians, nurses, patients, and caregivers regarding therapy management, administration, and potential drug interactions.

• Ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws, board regulations, and accreditation standards.

• Participate in quality assurance, clinical patient monitoring, and inventory oversight.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.

• Licensure: Active, unencumbered Pharmacist license in good standing in the state of practice.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of licensed pharmacy experience.

• Specialized Background: Strong preference for experience in Home Infusion or Specialty Pharmacy.

• Strong knowledge of sterile compounding practices, clinical drug monitoring, and patient care management.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year, aligned with candidate experience and clinical expertise.
