Clinical Pharmacist - Inpatient

The Clinical Pharmacist ensures safe, effective, and timely medication therapy to optimize patient outcomes. This role collaborates with healthcare teams to improve pharmacotherapy and support overall community health. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of the medication-use system and delivering individualized pharmaceutical care within assigned areas. Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy

Licenses and Certifications

• Pharmacist

Experience Qualifications

• Completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency or equivalent experience required.

• Minimum of one year of prior hospital pharmacy experience required.

• PGY1 residency or equivalent hospital experience and Emergency Medicine experience preferred.

• This is a 7 on - 7 off overnight emergency medicine position.
